After researching the software and drivers, the last full feature software and drivers were for Windows XP. I see you have. There is no need to download any additional software.

Download Instructions:
Internet Explorer
Click on the download link and the MacBinary (.bin) file will be copied to your download destination and will automatically be Unstuffed by StuffIt Expander. If it is not automatically unstuffed, simply double-click it. You may avoid this step by setting your preferences to automatically decode .bin files.
Netscape
Click on the download link and the Prompt will appear with 2 options:
Option 1 - Open using StuffIt Expander - Save the file to your hard drive. The MacBinary (.bin) file will be copied to your download destination and will automatically be Unstuffed by StuffIt Expander.
Option 2 - Save the file to the hard drive. The MacBinary (.bin) file will be copied to your download destination. Double-click on the downloaded .bin file to automatically launch StuffIt Expander to extract the file.
(Either option can be set to execute all of the time if the user selects one of the two options and then deselects the button titled 'Always ask before opening a file of this type')
The new files copied to the users destination folder (desktop is the default) will include: .bin, .sit, and the final photosmart installer file. The user can delete the (.bin) and (.sit) files after installation has occurred.

After the software has been downloaded to your hard drive and the file has been extracted using StuffIt Expander, then double-click on the extracted photosmart installer to begin the installation.
